I ordered from Wolf & Badger the delivery speed shocked me a little. I was fully expecting to wait ages, but I kept getting updates along the way and then suddenly my parcel was at my door within a few days like magic. Everything arrived perfectly, no stress, no drama, nothing to complain about at all. I’d absolutely order from them again in a heartbeat

The sizing was just right for me, honestly. I didn’t really have any issues with it or anything like that.

They do have a decent mix of brands, and some of them are unique. I like browsing, but a lot of the stuff just isn’t really my style, or it feels way too expensive for what it is. I was a bit disappointed and kind of expected at least some acknowledgment or an apology for the lack of better options.

I had to return something and was fully expecting to be waiting around for the refund, but it landed back in my account really fast. Didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any hassle, which felt like a small win in itself. Really happy with how easy the whole thing was.

I do really like a lot of the stuff on Wolf & Badger and I’ve found some really nice pieces on there, but it’s a little frustrating because a few things I actually wanted were either totally out of stock or only had random sizes left that weren’t even close to mine, and the site itself is easy to browse and all that, it’s just annoying when you finally find something you love and then realize you can’t actually buy it.

Shipping was a little slow, but fine. Not a huge deal. The problem was the extra duties and taxes when it arrived. I didn’t realise it would be that much. Bit of a shock, honestly.

Customer service did get back to me. So that was okay. But the fees should’ve been clearer before checkout. I might order again, maybe. Just only if I know the full cost upfront.
